RETURNS:

All sales are final. Please carefully read all product descriptions and notations before placing an order. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. However, due to these production processes and the use of all-natural ingredients, slight variations in size, smell, color, or consistency may occur. If the product you received is deemed defective, it is eligible for replacement if reported within 3 days of the delivery date. If an item appears to be missing from your order, we will promptly address the issue by resending the item as a top priority. Missing items must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, it will be refunded or replaced with a similar item at the company’s discretion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Packages returned to the sender, Project Mira, will be refunded; however, shipping charges are non-refundable. REFUNDS (If Applicable) Refunds are at the discretion of Project Mira and will be handled on a case-by-case basis where both the customer and the company agree that the product or item does not meet mutual satisfaction. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days. Please note that funds may take several days to become available, depending on your bank or credit card company
